The below policy is valid for 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We understand that in some instances, i.e. if the purchased item was a gift, it may not be possible to detect faults within 30 days. Any queries or disputes can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will only be granted on items that are faulty, or damaged. We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item is faulty and you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org first to notify us of your issue. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 105 Dimboola Road, Horsham, VIC, 3400. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and Split Shipments
Online orders via our website are available only to Australia delivery addresses. We use TNT Road Express. Notification on order status and tracking codes are emailed for each order. On some occasions a order may be fulfilled from stock located at one or more of our 11 branches in Victoria or South Australia. In this case you should expect to receive multiple tracking codes to track your delivery. Depending on where you live, delivery times may vary but you can check the tracking code by the supplied link to check on its delivery progress.
